Behind the doors of the shipyard in Noardburgum, something special is taking shape: the reinterpretation of a modern icon. A yacht that has proven itself over the years, but for which Super Lauwersmeer now feels the time has come to elevate it once again.
Two unique SL yachts at Motorboot Sneek Spring Show
With two yachts never before shown at a boat show, Super Lauwersmeer will participate in Motorboot Sneek. During the weekend of April 17, 18 and 19, you are invited to step aboard the SLX54 and Discovery 48 OC — both fully customized and built entirely according to their owners’ wishes, just like the previously presented yachts from these series.

In the December 2025 issue of Motorboot, editor Gabriël van Seumeren stepped aboard the Discovery 48 OC. He was full of praise for everything that makes Super Lauwersmeer unique: craftsmanship, silence on board, well-thought-out engineering and an interior that feels like a warm home on the water.

After an impressive appearance at the HISWA te Water in Lelystad, where the Discovery 47 AC and Discovery 48 OC drew great admiration, Super Lauwersmeer is preparing for the next stage: Motorboot Sneek Autumn 2025. During this three-day event, the first weekend of November, both top models can once again be admired up close – this time in Sneek, at the Hendrik Bulthuisweg, the regular location of Super Lauwersmeer during the show.
